You can stop your guessing; LG has officially confirmed that its next flagship phone will be called – as expected – the LG G4.
Quashing speculation of a potential rebranding, the Korean manufacturer has name checked its upcoming LG G3 follow-on in the phone’s latest pre-release teaser video.
As well as confirming the LG G4 moniker, the company has revealed that its inbound handset – which is heading for a formal unveiling on April 28 – will feature an improved rear-mounted camera with an f/1.8 aperture.
Showing a silhouette of the handset, the video (below) has suggested the device will feature a form factor and design markedly similar to its predecessor.
Despite highlighting the camera tweak, LG has failed to offer up further details on the inbound device.
This is the latest in a recent flurry of G4 teases by LG.
In recent days, the manufacturer has formally unveiled the new 5.5-inch, 2560 x 1440 pixel QHD display destined to make an appearance on the phone and showcased a selection of new UI features set to feature on the device.

Last week LG confirmed plans to unveil its future flagship phone at a London-based launch event on April 28.
Past reports have suggested the handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM.
With a skinned version of Google’s Android 5.0 set to run the show, the LG G4 will also reportedly throw an improved, 16-megapixel OIS-enhanced primary camera into the mix.
