Sony has just announced a brand new model of its flagship Xperia Z3 handset, which sports a spiffing purple paintjob.
The newly madeover device will proffer ‘soft purple’ coating, padding out the current colour roster of black, white, and copper.
The new colour option will be a Carphone Warehouse exclusive, along with the existing white model.
The retailer says it’s kicking off pricing at £33 per month, and has already begun selling the device at its stores across the UK.

Sony launched the Xperia Z3 late last year, just six months after its predecessor, the Xperia Z2.
It landed with a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage, expandable to 128GB via microSD.
The display measured up at 5.2-inches, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a pixel density of 424 ppi.
A 20.7-megapixel rear-facing snapper handled photography with a 2.2-megapixel 1080p sensor sorting out selfie shots.
Standout features of the phone include an industry-leading 12800 ISO rating, Sony’s Triluminos display and X-Reality Engine, and an IP68 certified water-resistant coating.
It comes with Android 4.4 OS built-in, but Sony assures us that Android 5.0 Lollipop will be coming in early February.
