Samsung has expanded its phablet collection, with a red Samsung Galaxy Note 3 having launched in the UK alongside a ‘Rose Gold’ colour option.

Formally unveiled back in December, the two new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 colours are now available to purchase in the UK, with retailer and high street chain Carphone Warehouse offering both new devices alongside the standard black and white hued options.

Available across a range of networks, including O2, Vodafone and EE, the 4G capable red Samsung Galaxy Note 3 can be snapped up for free on two year contracts starting from as low as £32 per month.

Aside from their new paint jobs, the red and rose gold Samsung Galaxy Note 3 handsets do not differ in any way to the original monochrome models released shortly after the handset’s IFA unveiling last September.

Centred around a stunning 5.7-inch display with a 1080p Full HD resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 packs a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor alongside 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, further expandable via microSD card.

With a 13-megapixel rear-mounted camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3’s specs sheet is further enhanced by a 2-megapixel, secondary snapper up front and Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS, although an Android 4.4 KitKat update is already available.
