Microsoft has landed a heavy blow in the cloud storage war, offering unlimited OneDrive capacity to those with an Office 365 subscription.
Whilst Dropbox has established the leading cloud storage brand and Google has worked hard to add features and value to Drive, Microsoft often appears to have been playing catch-up with OneDrive.
However, its latest move sees the company pipping both of its illustrious rivals to the post on a major headline feature - unlimited storage.
Microsoft has just announced that all Office 365 subscribers will receive unlimited OneDrive storage over the coming months, and at no additional cost. It has started rolling this out to Office 365 Home, Personal, and University customers.

Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions start from £5.99 per month for the Personal edition, granting you the whole suite of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and full online and smartphone access.
Back in June, Microsoft added a generous 1TB of extra OneDrive storage to this package, which we doubt many users have even got close to using in the months since. Now, however, its taken a huge step by eradicating such limits completely.
