Sony Xperia M2 Deals: Where to buy

The Sony Xperia M2 release date has arrived and the mid-range phone has touched down across the board of UK network providers and retailers.

Packing a 4.8-inch qHD 960 x 540p display, the M2 runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage helped by microSD card.

It runs on a 2,300mAh battery and features an 8-megapixel rear camera and 4G LTE support on a budget.

Here’s everywhere that is stocking the Sony Xperia M2 so far:

Carphone Warehouse

If you want to get your M2 from Carphone Warehouse, the retailer is offering the handset for free on contracts starting at £13.99 per month. As for the SIM-free option, you’ll need to fork out £219.95 at Carphone Warehouse for the M2.

Phones 4u

At Phones 4u you’ll need to spend £16.99 per month on a contract to get the M2 for free, but they do match Carphone’s SIM-free price of £219.95.

EE

EE has the M2 on a range of 4G plans, but it is saying the best deal is its £18.99/m plan with 500MB of inclusive 4G data, 500 minutes and unlimited texts. You will need to pay a £19.99 upfront handset cost though.

If you want a free handset, you’ll need to jump up to the £23.99 plan, but this does come with 2GB of 4G data and unlimited texts and minutes.

O2

It doesn’t look like O2 is currently stocking the Xperia M2 at all, at least via its online store. Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4u both have O2 tariffs available for the M2 on their websites though.

You can get the phone for free on contracts starting at £18 with O2, which offer 500MB of 4G data, unlimited texts and 500 minutes.

Vodafone

As with O2, Vodafone isn’t offering the M2 directly, so you’ll have to go through one of the high street retailers.

With Vodafone, contracts offering a free phone start at £17 per month with 250MB of 3G data, unlimited texts and 300 minutes.

If you want to take advantage of the M2’s 4G LTE compatibility, you’ll need to pay £30 per month for 3GB of 4G data and unlimited minutes and texts.
