HTC has just unveiled a brand new entrant to its smartphone line-up – the HTC Desire 320.
The entry-level device is built as a successor to last year’s HTC Desire 310, and comes packing a ‘quality user experience’, albeit with low-tier specs.
Peter Frølund, HTC’s UK and Nordics GM, said: “Marrying super-fast processing with premium HTC features in a compact form, the HTC Desire 320 delivers a quality experience for the budget conscious well beyond its entry-level model status.”
“Following on from the success of the HTC Desire 310, it boasts enhanced power and memory to enable more people to benefit from a quality smartphone experience that delivers the perfect balance between smart essentials and value.”
The HTC Desire 320 comes packing a quad-core 1.3GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera, and a 4.5-inch display.
It runs off Android 4.4 KitKat, with the usual HTC software bundled on top, including Video Highlights and BlinkFeed.

The budget blower will get UK pricing and availability ‘in the near future’, although the mark-up will be assuredly low considering the underwhelming spec sheet.
Those keen to snap up the cheap-as-chips smartphone will be able to purchase the device in two colour options, namely Vanilla White and Dark Grey.
