The HTC One Mini 2 has been given something of a makeover. Sadly this isn’t an Android 5.0 Lollipop themed refresh though but a new pink-hued look.
With the sub-sized smartphone already available in silver, grey and gold colour schemes, high street seller Carphone Warehouse has today started stocking a new pink HTC One Mini 2.
Lady-loving colour aside, the pink HTC One Mini 2 is exactly the same as its predecessors.
Featuring a 4.5-inch display with a 1280 x 720p HD resolution, the smaller sibling to the flagship HTC One M8 is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM.
With the metal bodied phone also adding a 13-megapixel rear-mounted camera, stereo speakers with BoomSound audio and Android 4.4.2 KitKat to the fray, the handset’s specs sheet is rounded off by a secondary, 5-megapixel snapper up front and a 2110mAh Lithium-Ion battery.
Despite this mediocre array of internals, the Pink HTC One Mini 2 is far from cheap.
Available on a £20 per month, 24 month contract, the handset can be snapped up SIM-free for the princely sum of £379.95.
That’s more than £200 more expensive than the similarly specced Moto G. The Motorola handset, however, doesn’t come in pink.
