The Acer Liquid Z500 has been launched at IFA 2014 as an affordable 5-inch smartphone.
Aimed at the younger generations with a strong love for music, the Liquid Z500 has some HTC One M8 rivalling front-facing speakers to boast.
Acer claims you can get CD quality audio from these “powerful and advanced” front facing speakers, which are equipped with DTS Studio Sound.
Actual specs details for the Z500 are a little scarce at present, but we’ll update this when we know more.
What we do know is that the Liquid Z500 has a 5-inch IPS screen of unknown resolution and comes in body colour options of Sandy Silver, Titaninium Black and Aquamarine Green.
As you can see, it comes with a crosshatch effect back and it measures up at 8.6mm thick.
It will launch, with its 8-megapixel rear camera in tow, on September 15. The initial retail price is set for €149, which equates to around the £120 mark in the UK.
