EA has jumped the E3 2014 gun, confirming that the Battlefield Hardline release date will be held on October 21.
With the game set to be one of the highlights of next week’s LA-based conference, the Battlefield Hardline release date has been confirmed within the game’s first official trailer.
Highlighting the title’s inner-city cops vs robbers style foundations, the official Battlefield Hardline trailer, dubbed Battlefield Hardline: Into the Jungle, has been released following multiple leaks in recent days.
Despite the game being set for a large-scale unveiled during EA’s E3 press conference on June 9, the premature unveiling has helped draw focus to the upcoming arrival without the background noise of dozens of other high-profile gaming announcements.
The October 21 Battlefield Hardline release date will see the title hit retailers a full two weeks ahead of the rival CoD: Advanced Warfare touches down.
The game will be available for the usual platforms, with Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3 gamers all set to be offered Hardlines.
A PC edition of the game will also be available on day one.
With further Battlefield Hardlines details to be unveiled next week, keep it locked to TrustedReviews for all the latest insights and breaking news, direct from the E3 show floor.
