Any doubt that the purpose of Nokia's July 11 event in New York was to unveil a 41-megapixel cameraphone codenamed the EOS PureView has been smashed by a fresh teaser.
The above image has been featured on an official Nokia blog post, promising "41 Million Reasons" to tune into the event.
Unless this proves to be a particularly revolutionary phone with literally that many new features, this is clearly a reference to that whopping 41-megapixel sensor.
Rumours and leaks have all been pointing to this as Nokia's next major smartphone release. The so-called Nokia EOS PureView will reportedly combine the astonishing image sensor from the Nokia 808 PureView with Nokia's sleek Lumia design and Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 software.
Just last week Nokia sent out invites to the event with the headline "Zoom. Reinvented." The Nokia 808 PureView was known for its ability to zoom and crop after an image was taken, such was the level of detail captured by its innovative camera through pixel oversampling.
Then, just a day later, fresh images of the Nokia EOS PureView's casing were leaked online. They revealed an all-aluminium smartphone with a sizeable bulge for that larger-than-average camera unit.
It's believed that the Nokia EOS PureView will feature a Carl Zeiss lens with a mechanical shutter and a 720p display. It's also said to come with 32GB of internal storage which, with 41-megapixel images to shoot, you'd hope would be the minimum.
