Ubisoft has finally confirmed the Watch Dogs Wii U release date, nearly four months after it's original launch.
The open-world hacking game arrives on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PS4 and PS3 on May 27, but Ubisoft never outlined a concrete release date for the Wii U version.
Until now. We now know that Watch Dogs Wii U will be released on November 21 in the UK. That date means the game arrives just shy of six months later than for other platforms.
Apparently though, Watch Dogs will take "full advantage" of the Wii U's unique hardware in that it will have the Chicago map permanently displayed on the Wii U GamePad.
You'll also be able to utilise Off-TV Play, which lets you solely play Watch Dogs on the Wii U GamePad too.
Aside from that - and most likely a graphics disparity - it looks like Watch Dogs for Wii U will be nearly the same as the other platforms.
Watch Dogs tell the story of Aiden Pearce, a hacker with a criminal past. His actions led to a huge family tragedy, which he is now trying to find revenge for.
You'll need to stay connected to Chicago's Central Operating System (ctOS) and use the city as your weapon to overcome Pearce's enemies.
