PES 2015 demo confirmed for September 24 release

Lace up your boots, it’s almost time to head for a kick about as Konami confirms the official PES 2015 demo will be released later this week.

Having originally been scheduled to make an appearance last week before encountering delays, the playable PES 2015 demo will touch down for European consoles this Wednesday, September 24. Those of you in the US will be able to enjoy the preview a day earlier.

Keeping current and past-gen console owners equally appeased, developer Konami has confirmed the PES 2015 demo will touch down for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers at the same time.

There is currently no word on the availability of a PC PES 2015 demo.

“#PES2015 demo will be available for Europe on September 24th on PSN and Xbox Live for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360,” Konami announced through the official PES Twitter feed.

Responding to upset at the demo’s week-long postponement, the company added: “Sorry for the delay!”

With a FIFA 15 release date having been confirmed for this Friday, September 26, PES 2015 will land almost two months behind its fierce rival. The full game has been confirmed for a November 13 release.

The FIFA 15 demo launched earlier this month, letting gamers get to grips with new ball physics and player emotions.
