LG G Pro 2 design shown in leaked images, strong LG G2 influences

The LG G Pro 2 has been spotted in some leaked images, revealing a design with strong LG G2 influences.

LG officially confirmed the name of the LG G Pro 2 earlier this month, stating that it would be unveiled at MWC 2014.

Apart from the name, LG failed to give us any other information about the LG G Pro 2, including any hints to its design, specs or dimensions.

However, two images of the G Pro 2 have emerged online suggesting the large-screen smartphone will have a design strongly influenced by the LG G2.

The images clearly show the LG G Pro 2 with the same rear volume and power buttons as the LG’s flagship device.

It is also tipped to feature similar functionality, including software features like Knock, Guest Mode and QSlide.

The G Pro 2 is said to feature a 6-inch full 1080p HD resolution display, up from the 5.5-inch Optimus G Pro.

It should be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 3GB of RAM. There are also rumours that it will come with an iPhone 5S rivalling fingerprint scanner.

Running Android 4.4 KitKat, the G Pro 2 should be a rival for large screen smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

The rest of the LG G Pro 2 features are still unknown at this point, including any camera specs.

However, with MWC 2014 just weeks away it won’t be long until we see the full LG G Pro 2 specs sheet in all its glory.
