Sony has offered a teaser for its Xperia Z4 Tablet launch at MWC, just days after accidentally leaking the device through an official app.
In a post on the Sony Google Plus page, on Thursday afternoon, it promised something “slimmer, brighter and lighter” will be revealed on Monday March 2.
The firm also includes a photo of a white tablet, being comfortably held with a single hand, alluding to said lightness.
The post (via Android Central) comes after Tuesday’s inadvertent leak, in which Sony revealed the name along with some high profile specs.
In a swiftly-deleted post on the Xperia Lounge app, Sony confirmed the Z4 Tablet will have a “stunning 2K display, combined with the latest ultra fast processor and industry leading battery performance.”
In both posts this week the design seems to mirror the look and feel of the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact revealed at IFA last September. This looks very much like it’ll be a larger version of that device with an improved spec sheet.

Sony is also rumoured to be launching a larger 12.9-inch Xperia Tablet Ultra, while the Xperia Z4 smartphone is also likely to make an appearance at MWC.
