Pure Evoke D6 lands with added Bluetooth connectivity


Pure has refreshed one of its classic digital radio lines, with the Pure Evoke D6 unveiled with stereo speakers and new Bluetooth connectivity options.


Pairing improved audio with a refined oak veneer design, the Evoke D6 is set to slot seamlessly into any room in your house.


“The Evoke D6 comes from our continued drive to design and build the very best audio products,” Nick Hucker, Pure’s Senior Director of Sales and Marketing said.


He added: “Since the launch of the very first Evoke in 2002, the Evoke range has been critically acclaimed for its sound and design and as such the new Evoke D6 is engineered for those that truly love great quality music around the home.


Pure Evoke D6 Features

Packing two front-facing speakers with custom drive units, the D6 features a 20 watt digital amplifier for added punch. What’s more, active-multiple feedback loudspeaker equalisation helps smooth out tones for a more natural sound.


Bestowed with the Digital Radio tick to put switchover worriers’ minds at rest, Pure’s latest in-home audio offering provides DAB/DAB plus/FM tuner input feeds with Bluetooth connectivity also thrown into the mix.


Compatible with Pure’s optional F1 ChargePak, which provides up to 65 hours of rechargeable on-the-go power, the radio is also capable of storing up to 30 channel preset. These are split between 15 DAB and 15 FM channels.


With the wooden casing said enhance the radio’s acoustic properties, the device is adorned with a metal carry bar which doubles as a SnoozeHandle.


Pure Evoke D6 Release Date and Price

Set to go on sale in the coming days, the Pure Evoke D6 price has been set at a not insignificant £179.99.


Those eager to snap up the device will have to head to a specific retailer, with the radio to be exclusive to John Lewis.
