Right on time
This clock does a lot more than tell the time. It can show you the weather, your social media feeds and more. And it projects onto your wall.
It's called the Coolest Clock. (With that name, maybe the firm hopes to emulate the success of the Coolest Cooler, which raised over $13 million on Kickstarter.) It fits to your wall and projects the image just below itself. You can personalise this how you want using the smartphone app.
Choose from several different-shaped clock faces, and decide which information it shows. You can send updates to it from your phone when you're out and about too. Tell it your location, which song you're listening to, send photos and more, and they'll all be displayed on the clock face. Whether anyone at home actually cares or not is another matter.
You can change the size and brightness of the clock face, and hook into your social media feeds like Facebook, Twitter, and news sources like CNN and ESPN. The weather will tell you if you need a brolly, and you can have your to-do list on display so you stay on top of your tasks.

It can show multiple time zones, and motivational quotes, should you need some inspiration.
It costs $199 on Indiegogo, or $299 if bought at retail. It's raised over $215,000, smashing its $20,000 funding target and will ship in December.
