Tearaway Unfolded is coming to PS4 in 2015, offering a different take on the original PS Vita title.
When Media Molecule thought about porting Tearaway to the PS4, it was thought to be impossible.
However, it's been done, with a few twists and you should find Tearaway Unfolded landing on your PS4 at some point next year.
Although it will be the same overall story as the original title, Unfolded will have a few new environments and will make use of the DualShock 4's features rather than the PS Vita's quirks.
For example, you might find yourself swiping on the touchpad to summond a confetti laced wind, or
swiping on the touchpad for wind or shining the DualShock 4's lightbar into the game to light up dark corners or make things grow.
Apparently there will be quite a bit of catching to be done too with Unfolded, to the point that you can catch things Etoile throws to you and keep them inside the controller, hearing them rattling around inside.
We fear it might lose a little of its adult appeal with the DualShock 4's gimmicks but it'll be a very interesting adaptation.
