iPhone 6 leaks show black and white models are inbound

With the iPhone 6 rumour mill continuing to churn out a mass of premature sightings, latest leaks have claimed to show off the front panels of Apple’s next-gen smartphone.

Despite moving from a 4-inch to a 4.7-inch form factor, the claimed iPhone 6 front panels look stylistically unchanged, with the teased images showing off the face of the iPhone 5S follow-on in both black and white guises.

Although only two colour options have been shown for the phone’s face, this does not mean that iPhone 6 colours will be limited to just black and white.

Last year’s iPhone 5S was launched in black, silver and gold hues, with both the silver and gold options featuring white fronts.

Aside from a glimpse at a largely unchanged component, based on the newly leaked shots, there is little new to tell about what the iPhone 6 might have in store.

The phone’s face has confirmed that a physical home button will once again adorn the phone’s front – contrary to some wild reports – with a forward-facing camera and light sensor adorning the upper edge of the handset’s fore.

Although the images have offered no new specs details, a mass of recent iPhone 6 leaks have claimed that the handset will land this September with a new 4.7-inch display in tow.

Tipped to be powered by a new A8 processor, the handset is also said to feature a revised 8-megapixel camera, with a mass on inbuilt sensors working with the iOS 8 introduced HealthKit app to better track your fitness and wellbeing.
