Any new Titanfall games modes free for all gamers

Any new Titanfall game modes will be made available to all gamers for free, Respawn Entertainment has confirmed.

Respawn Entertainment has revealed that all new Titanfall modes will not be part of paid-for DLC and will be available to download for free.

As part of a dialogue with Titanfall fans, Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella confirmed that new modes would not fall under paid-for DLC.

“Modes we release will be free for all, not part of DLC”, confirmed Zampella in a tweet.

That means the multiplayer-only title will be bolstered with new game modes in the future that can be enjoyed by everyone playing the game.

So far, there are five Titanfall game modes available to get involved with online: Attrition, Last Titan Standing, Hardpoint Domination, Capture the Flag and Pilot Hunter.

We have no idea what new game modes will be released in the future as yet, but will keep our ears to the ground for new information.

Respawn has already confirmed that it has plans for three paid for premium Titanfall DLC packs, each of which will offer new maps.

Other content has yet to be determined and will be announced close to the DLC release dates.

EA Games will also made a Titanfall Season Pass available of rthose looking to purchase all three DLC packs.

The Titanfall Season Pass is already available for those looking to purchase all three DLC packs, priced at £19.99 in the UK.

Currently, Zampella claims the DLC packs will be $10 (£6), which would equate to a $5 (£3) saving in the US as the Season pass is $24.99 over there. There’s no confirmed UK pricing for the DLC packs as yet.

There are also plans to launch Titanfall double XP weekends at some stage.
